Application Process
- At the bottom of this web page, download the appropriate Withrow College application form and print a copy.
- The Regular Application form should be used to apply to the 4-year Bachelor of Science Degree programmes in Nursing or Public Health.
- The TOP-UP Application form should be used by applicants interested in “topping up” their qualifications by earning a BSc degree in Nursing or Public Health by combining previously earned certificates and experience with further study.
- Writing in block letters, answer the questions on the application form.
Along with the application form you will need to provide:
- A copy of your birth certificate.
- Certified true copies of certificates/results slips and any other academic records.
- Transcripts for those with tertiary certifications (education beyond high school).
- Two (2) recent passport sized photographs, one of which should be affixed to the application form.
- Ghanaian applicants should include payment of One Hundred and Thirty Ghana Cedis (GHS130.00).
Foreign applicants should include payment of Fifty United States dollars (USD50.00).
Mail or hand deliver the completed application form along with the required documentation and payment to:

Important application information
- Ensure that your passport picture is taken against a white background. The picture should be in JPEG format with a size not exceeding 50KB. Your face should be fully exposed with both ears visible; scarves, caps, veils, etc. are strictly not allowed.
- Exercise great care in completing the application form. Be careful with the presentation of your name, examination grades, and contact details as any error may lead to the rejection of your application or inability to reach you.
